You’ll first need to download the associated Gift Card App if you haven’t already got it on your mobile device.
Please go to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and download the app.
To do this you can tap "Add card to Apple Wallet" icon on the screen to add to Apple Pay, or ‘Add card to Google Pay’ to add to Google Pay.
If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

Your Gift Card can be added to multiple wallets by following the same steps above.
Ensure your device is up to date:
Digital Gift Cards are compatible with most iPhones and Android Phones. Your phone must also support NFC (Near-Field Communication).
To check if your phone is compatible, we’d suggest first seeing if your phone has the latest operating systems;
- Apple iPhones running iOS version 10 (and later)
- Android phones running Android API version 16 "Jelly Bean" (and later), Wear OS is not compatible.
- Apple Watches running watch OS 8 (and later)
If you’re unsure if your phone can be updated to the latest operating system, you can refer to the manufacturer's website.
