Will I get a notification for declined transactions?

Notifications are sent for both declined and successful transactions from Apple Pay and Google Pay. These will be visible from within your phone's Wallet.

For Apple devices:

1. Go to settings
2. Select “Notifications”
3. Select GPT Gift Cards
4. Ensure the “Allow Notifications” is turned on
5. Customise your “Alerts” according to your needs

For Android devices:

1. From the Google Play™ Store Home screen, tap the. Menu icon. (upper-left).
2. Tap Settings. .
3. Tap Notifications. .
4. Select any of the following to enable or disable: Enabled when a checkmark is present.
